We schedule planned maintenance outside European business hours and announce it in the customer area. Deposit and withdrawal requests remain possible during maintenance; they are processed once it is complete.
In the event of an incident affecting accounts, entries or valuation, we inform you by email and here. A disruption of the price feed alone does not change your holdings — the assets are in custody, not in the price display.
This page keeps no history of past incidents. If you have questions about an incident, write to us.
