Right of withdrawal
You conclude the contract over the internet without sitting across from us. That is why the law grants a cooling-off period — 14 days, no reasons required. It applies to the contract and to products invested in euro such as fixed-term deposits, call money and subscriptions (IPO). It does not apply to payments and transactions in crypto assets — see below.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons, in text form — for example by email or letter. The period begins once the contract is concluded and you have received the contract documents including this notice; it does not begin before you have these documents.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in time.

Whatever you deposit or trade in crypto assets cannot be cancelled, technically or legally.
What happens after a payment in crypto assets
- Receipt: we credit the transfer to your customer account once the network has confirmed it; you see it in your cash account and receive an e-mail confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the benefits received by both sides are to be returned. Amounts deposited but not yet invested are refunded in full.
If you expressly requested that management begin before the withdrawal period expired, you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the withdrawal — the management fee for that period, no more.
Model withdrawal form
If you want to withdraw from the contract, you may use this form. You don't have to — any clear declaration in text form is sufficient.

Termination after the period expires
