One price for the management
You pay a management fee calculated on assets under management. Reallocations within the portfolio are not billed to you individually.
That is not a courtesy but a deliberate decision against a conflict of interest: whoever bills per transaction earns from trading a lot. With a fee on assets under management that incentive falls away.
