Indices
An index compresses an entire market into a single number. These five cover the venues that matter to European investors.
Who is trading right now?
Unlike crypto, indices do not run around the clock. Frankfurt, London and New York overlap only a few hours a day — and that is when prices move most.

Where the values come from
Index levels are licensed data. Deutsche Börse, FTSE Russell, S&P Dow Jones, Nasdaq and STOXX do not release them freely — unlike the crypto prices, which we take directly from a public exchange interface.
Until a licence agreement is in place, we source the levels automatically via an external data service. They are for orientation about the investment universe and are not an exchange quotation.
