Custody
Where your crypto assets are held
Management and custody are two different things. This page describes how the assets we manage for you are held.
Segregated from company assets
Crypto assets held for clients are kept separate from the company's own assets. They are not working capital; they are not lent, not pledged and not used to finance business operations.
The majority of holdings is kept offline, that is, without a permanent connection to the internet. Access requires the involvement of several people; a single key or a single person is not enough.
Four layers of protection
They work independently of one another, so that the failure of one layer does not open up access.
Asset segregation
Client holdings are kept separate from company assets and are not commingled with them.
Cold storage

Shall we take this off your hands?
Open a portfolio, confirm your identity, deposit — the agents take over from your first deposit.
Crypto assets are highly volatile. Even with professional management, a total loss of the capital invested is possible.
